Appointments and Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is preferred to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

Payments

• Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

• Website pricing updates do not affect sessions already booked.

These policies reflect terms included in the signed training contract for booked services.
